Gluten-free biscuit

Ingredients :

  • 8 eggs
  • 300 gr sugar
  • 300 gr GLUTEN-FREE FLOUR NO-RISK
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar

Preparation :

Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar for 10 minutes until smooth. Carefully fold the mix and salt into the batter. Spoon the batter into a cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes.

Alternative method:
Mix sugar, No-Risk, salt and vanilla sugar. Add to the eggs and beat for 10 minutes until smooth.
