Gluten-free sandwiches

for 18 sandwiches :

Ingredients :

  • 250 ml milk
  • 15 gr dry yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 40 gr sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • 75 gr butter or margarine
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 500 gr GLUTEN-FREE FLOUR NO-RISK

Preparation :

Combine all ingredients and knead for a few minutes to form a homogeneous dough.

Weigh dough pieces of approx. 50 g.

Make the dough balls into oval dough points or sandwiches. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Cover the dough pieces and let them rise until they double in volume.

Brush them with egg and bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes .
