Gluten-free apple pie

Ingredients :

  • 300 gr soft soy butter
  • 300 gr sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 350 gr gluten-free flour
  • 8 proteins
  • 2 tbsp cornflour Plus
  • 4 Jonagold apples, 2 peeled and finely chopped and 2 with skin, in slices

Preparation :

Put the butter in a bowl and mix it with the sugar. (Save a little sugar to beat the egg whites.)

Mix in a little vanilla sugar and 4 egg whites with a whisk. Add the flour and mix well until everything is combined. Then add the cornstarch to it.

Beat the 4 other egg whites together with the rest of the sugar until stiff. Mix the beaten egg whites into the dough.

Mix the apples into the dough. Butter and grease the cake tin with flour and pour the dough into the tin.

Decorate the pie with the apple slices.

Bake in an oven at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
