For +/- 20 balls


  • 150 gr grated coconut
  • 120 gr condensed milk
  • 30 gr glucose or corn syrup
  • 100 gr melted white chocolate
  • 300 gr chocolate callets of your choice
  • 2 tsp coconut oil


Mix the grated coconut with the condensed milk, chocolate and glucose.
Mix well until you have a solid mass.

Make balls of it or any other shape of your choice.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Melt the chocolate of your choice and add some coconut oil.
You can also just use chocolate, without oil. The oil gives a little more shine to the layer.
Dip each ball in the chocolate and place again on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in the refrigerator to set.
Decorate as desired.
