  • Rachael Ray – Rachael Ray’s enthusiastic cooking style pairs Mediterranean flavours with an American sensibility for quick and easy family meals in her show, 30 Minute Meals.
  • Rachel Khoo – Rachel Khoo is a world-renowned food creative, who puts her unique twist on all her edible endeavours. Rachel’s unconventional food background has helped formulate her unique culinary touch as she started her career doing fashion brand, doing PR and e-marketing.
  • Tom Aikens – Tom Aikens is the Michelin star winning head chef and owner of several London restaurants. Tom has previously appeared on Market Kitchen and Iron Chef UK, as well as holding several cookbooks to his name.
  • Dominique Persoone – When Dominique was younger, he fell in love with chocolate. When he decided to start a chocolate shop instead of a restaurant, all his colleagues thought he was crazy. In the beginning, he got a lot of remarks as being the enfant terrible with his crazy creations, but many years later, on the contrary. This shows in his collaboration with the best restaurants in Belgium and the top of the world. From delivering chocolates to Louis Vuitton, the Belgian and Jordanian Royal Family, collaborations with fashion designer Philip Plein and hatter Stephen Jones, creating a chocolate sniffing machine (chocolate shooter) for The Rolling Stones to designing unique chocolates for Jaguar Landrover. Dominique had also published several books, for one of which (Cacao, the roots of chocolate) he won an award.
  • Johan Segers – Johan Segers is undeniably one of the icons of the Belgian cooking world. His restaurant ”t Fornuis’ has been a fixture in Antwerp since 1977. Johan has immeasurably great expertise and a special love for fresh, high-quality products that he will process down to the bone.
  • Peter Goossens – Peter Goossens is a Belgian chef who received three Michelin stars for his restaurant Hof van Cleve. He is also founder of Flanders Food Academy. He is known as the “Godfather of Belgian gastronomy”. From 2005 to 2021, Goossens was the only chef with three Michelin stars in Belgium.
  • Roger van Damme – Roger van Damme is a Dutch cook. He is the manager of the Antwerp lunch lounge Het Gebaar, which received its first Michelin star in 2010. He also presents cooking programs on Flemish television channels.
  • Sofie Dumont – Sofie Dumont is a Belgian chef, she is a laureate of the 2009 Belgian Lady Chef of The Year election. Dumont followed a cooking course at Elishout in Anderlecht, a course in oenology at the hotel school Ter Duinen in Koksijde, a caterer course at Ter Groene Poorte in Bruges and a specialization year in desserts in Coloma in Mechelen.
