Ingredients :
- 8 slumber peas
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 180 g gluten-free pasta
- 75 g smoked salmon
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Uncut chives
- 10 black pitted olives, cut into 4
- Pepper and salt
- Alpro soy Baking & Frying
- Roasted sesame seeds (optional)
Preparation :
Stew the onion, garlic and olives over a medium heat in a little Alpro soya Baking & Frying.
Then add the peas and season everything with a little salt and pepper. Put all this on a low heat for 2 minutes so that the peas are cooked.
Then add the cherry tomatoes and stir gently so that the tomatoes do not break.
Cook the gluten-free pasta and add a little olive oil after draining so that the pasta does not stick.
Place the pasta in the middle of a plate and pour the sauce over it, cut the smoked salmon into small strips and place on top of the pasta.
Garnish with the roasted sesame seeds.
Arrange the uncut chives lengthwise on the plate as a garnish.
