Ingredients:
- 750 gr beef chop (diced)
- 5 dl beef stock
- 1 can (of 400 gr) peeled tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 onions
- 4 potatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- paprika powder
- pepper and salt
- flat leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Preparation:
Peel the onions and garlic and chop finely.
Cut the bell pepper into pieces.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces.
Heat the olive oil and fry the onions, potatoes and garlic in it.
Add the beef and fry for a while.
Add the stock, garlic, bell pepper, peeled tomatoes, thyme and bay leaf.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Put a lid on the pot and bring to a boil. Then simmer for 1 hour on low heat.
Season if necessary.
Divide the goulash between deep plates or bowls. Serve with sour cream and a little flat parsley.
