Ingredients :
- 1 leg of lamb
- 1 zucchini
- 2 tomatoes
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 turnips
- 1 onion
- 400 g couscous
- Saffron
- 2 oranges
- 2 tablespoons PH Beef broth
- Water
- coriander
- Alpro soy Baking & Frying
- Spices: curry, turmeric, cumin, paprika, ground coriander
Preparation :
Cut the leg of lamb into pieces of 3 cm by 3 cm.
Season the meat on all sides and brown it in a little Alpro soya Baking & Frying.
Add the finely chopped onions and garlic and deglaze with water and the orange juice until everything is covered.
Then add the PH Beef stock and let it simmer for 90 minutes.
After 45 minutes, add the chopped vegetables, saffron and spices to your own taste.
Serve with the couscous and add the fresh, finely chopped coriander at the end.
