Pizza Dough

For 1 bottom of 30cm

Ingredients :

  • 200 gr flour (type 00)
  • 5 g sugar
  • 4 g salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 gr instant yeast
  • 1 El Oregano
  • 100 gr drained pumpkin puree
  • 35 grams of water

Preparation :

Place water and puree in a mixing bowl, flour, add salt and sugar along the sides.
Add oregano and make a well in the center with the yeast.
Add the olive oil and start mixing.

When everything is mixed, start kneading, a few minutes at most until your dough is smooth and homogeneous.
Pizza dough does not need to be kneaded for too long. Make a ball of it.

Grease a bowl with olive oil and place the dough in it. Brush some olive oil over it. Cover with foil or kitchen towel.
Place in a warm place and let rise for 90 minutes.

Then roll out the dough and spread to your heart’s content.
